HOW TO REMOVE DATE FROM BLOGGER POST URL TRICK
1ST METHOD:
If you want to remove the date from your Blogger post URL and you're unable to do so through the settings, you can try the following alternative option:
1. Sign in to your Blogger account and go to the Blogger dashboard.
2. From the left-hand menu, click on "Theme" for the blog you want to edit.
3. In the Theme menu, click on the "Edit HTML" button.
4. A code editor will open displaying the HTML code of your blog's theme.
5. Locate the following line of code within the HTML:
```html
<b:includable id='post' var='post'>
```
6. Right below that line, you should find the code that generates the post URL. It may look like this:
```html
<data:post.url/>
```
7. To remove the date from the URL, you'll need to modify this line of code. Replace it with the following code:
```html
<data:post.url remove="date"/>
```
8. Save the changes to the HTML code.
9. Preview your blog to see if the date has been removed from the post URLs. If it looks as desired, click on "Save" to apply the changes.
By making this modification in the theme's HTML code, the date portion of the post URL should be removed. Please note that editing the HTML code requires some technical knowledge, so it's always a good idea to make a backup of your theme or seek assistance if you're not comfortable making these changes yourself.
